Younsu Kim is a Ph.D student in the Department of Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining Ph.D program at Johns Hopkins, he worked as a research engineer at department of advanced technology in LG Electronics Inc, Korea. He received his B.E. degree in micro-electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2008, and he earned a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, US, in 2009. His research interests include ultrasound thermal monitoring and ultrasound guided tracking technologies for interventions.
